Business Unit: Tiles & Garden
All activities related to the business activities with regard to the products arranged and delivered by our business relations from where we have a dealership in anyform, will be subject to the terms and conditions from that relation. As an example: when you select and choose tiles tiles from one of our partners, such as Michel Oprey & Beisterveld in their showroom locations in Vianen & Echt, the terms and conditions from Michel Oprey & Beisterveld will apply as they are specific designed for that purpose of the tiles business.
Our activities
We emphasize that our activities only contain and are limited to the invoicing and payment of the products that are bought by the client at Michel Oprey & Beisterveld. For this reason we waive all liabilities that can happen during the buying and delivery process and all possible warranty for any of the products and or services bought from Michel Oprey & Beisterveld. Since Michel Oprey & Beisterveld operates through its dealers, which in our case is concentrated on financial agreements with the end clients, the only activities we do are financial and intermediate with planning of delivery.
Payments process
After agreement of the order, the client will have to pay a deposit to our account after receving the invoice. the minimum deposit is 30% up to 50%. The remaining payment must be paid in full before the delivery of the tiles will take place. The client can also choose to pay in full without the option of a deposit. This is entirely up to the decision of the client. Every payment will receive a confirmation by one of the common communication means, such as email, WhatApp and other if applicable.
Disputes
In case of a dispute we can help with communicating, which means forwarding any messages to the correct department, when this occurs. Any desicion made by Michel Oprey & Beisterveld is out of our influence and interest, but is respected by us.
